1. Contoured, softly padded shoulder straps and hip wings covered with breathable, soft Wide Air Mesh. 
2. Flat spring steel frame provides a flexible, light structure, tensions the mesh and is extremely durable. 
3. The special suspended mesh provides convincing back ventilation: the hot air dissipates freely from three sides.

2. Guide: X-frame system with curved profile aluminium stays, provides exceptional flexibility and weight carrying ability. 
3. Removable insulating sitting mat stabilises the back. 
4. Anatomic hip belt with bilaminate foam for comfort, flexibility and weight transfer.
5. Rise, Freerider Pro & Guide: The pivoting Vari Flex hip fins follow complex body movements. Thus, the load can be evenly distributed to the hips, providing freedom of movement and reducing fatigue. Removable for weight reduction. Also separately removable waist belt (Guide, Rise).

Deuter Aircontact Trail System

1. Stabiliser straps allow optimal positioning of the backpack. 
2. Contoured shoulder straps with 3D Air mesh lining. 
3. Additional ventilation channel between the Aircontact cushions.
4. Two Aircontact pads in special breathable hollow-chamber foam distribute the load evenly. The Aircontact pads perform a pump effect, whereby every movement prompts the exchange of air, resulting in optimum back ventilation. The result: 15% less perspiration than with previous body-contour packs. 
5. Anatomically formed hip fins for freedom of movement and body-hugging carrying.
